The Foundry Masters House is located in the historic village of Coalbrookdale elevated above the road beneath the local church. The town of Ironbridge and its historic first bridge made from Iron is less than a mile away which is no more than a gentle 15 minute walk away. The area is a designated World Heritage Site with its eleven museums depicting the history of the industrial revolution. There is an abundance of activities to pursue in the area from fishing, walking and cycling to name a few
